Sports Arbitration Committee has been functioning since the foundation of Young IMA. 

 has been the Head of the Committee from its formation until the present time. 

We aim to support the interest of young professionals in resolving disputes in the field of professional sports through arbitration, exchange experience and knowledge, as well as assist athletes within the pro-bono projects of the Committee.

Наталья специализируется на разрешении споров в международном арбитраже. Опыт Натальи в разрешении споров (практика как в российской, так и в немецкой юрисдикциях) касается различных отраслей, включая недвижимость, внешнюю торговлю, строительство, природные ресурсы, банки. Наталья обладает опытом представления интересов клиентов в сложных трансграничных спорах в международных судах и арбитражах (ICC, LCIA, VIAC, ICAC, HKIAC, ICJ, PCA, ECHR, CAS) и в иностранных государственных судах (Великобритания, BVI, США, Кипр, Австрия, Швейцария, Италия и др.). У Натальи есть опыт деятельности в качестве арбитра. Возглавляет комитет спортивного арбитража Young IMA, является сопредседателем данной организации и состоит в других объединениях молодых специалистов в области арбитража (DIS40, RAA40, YIAG, ISLA). Наталья является автором ряда публикаций по теме разрешения споров. Помимо русского, Наталья свободно владеет немецким и английским языками. Включена в рейтинги Best Lawyers и Legal 500. С отличием окончила факультет международного права в МГИМО, где продолжает подготовку диссертационного исследования и преподает международный арбитраж.

Since 2020, the Sports Arbitration Сommittee has been providing legal support to athletes. Members of the Сommittee can challenge themselves in sports law under the careful supervision of experienced lawyers. For example, as part of this project, the Committee successfully defended the interests of Pavel Borontov (fencing) in obtaining retroactive therapeutic exemption.
