About Young IMA

Young Institute of Modern Arbitration (Young IMA) is a platform for young professionals in alternative dispute resolution based in Russia and abroad.

Young IMA Mission

Young IMA operates with support from the Russian Institute of Modern Arbitration in accordance with the Young IMA Bylaws.
Young IMA Bylaws

Young IMA Co-Chairs

Young IMA is led by Co-Chairs. They direct Young IMA activities as they deem appropriate, including:

  • overseeing the work of Young IMA Committees;
  • implementing projects under the auspices of Young IMA;
  • admitting new members;
  • ­cooperating with other Russian and international organizations.

The opportunity to stand as a candidate for the role of a Co-Chair is announced every 2 years.

Young IMA Committees

  • Each Committee consists of Members and Head who coordinates the activities of the Committee.  
  • The Head is appointed by Co-Chairs for a term of 1 year.
  • The Head admits new Members to the Committee after discussion with Co-Chairs.
