Investment Arbitration Committee has been functioning since the foundation of Young IMA. Since 2024, the commitee's activities have also focused on studying the application of sanctions.

International Moot Court on Sanctions Law' Partnership

Dmitry is a graduate of the International Law Faculty of MGIMO (U) of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Russian Federation and a master's degree student at the Paris Institute of Political Sciences of the Paris Institute of Political Studies (Sciences Po Paris). In his practice, Dmitry specializes in the commercial and investment arbitration (both for and against sovereign states), as well as cross-border litigation.  

Dmitry has been listed in the Top-10 Young Arbitration Practitioners by the Russian Arbitration Association’s under 40 division and has been featured by Best Lawyers among the 'Ones to Watch' in the field of International Arbitration and Mediation in France for 2024.

In addition to his professional activities, Dmitry regularly participates in conferences, and he is the author of publications in Russian, English and French on issues of international arbitration and law.
