​​Nikolskaya Consulting x YIMA Vis Pre-Moot

On February 15, 2024, Nikolskaya Consulting x YIMA Vis Pre-Moot took place. Eight teams participating in the Willem C. Vis International Commercial Arbitration Moot in Hong Kong or Vienna joined the Pre-Moot in-person - Lomonosov Moscow State University, National Research University Higher School of Economics (Moscow), Kutafin Moscow State Law University, National Research University Higher School of Economics (St. Petersburg), Russian School of Law, Russian Presidential Academy of National Economy and Public Administration, St. Petersburg State University, Belarusian State University.

The Pre-Moot was organized by Margarita Drobyshevskaya (Russian Arbitration Center) and Ksenia Zbyshevskaya (Nikolskaya Consulting).

After two heated rounds, the places were distributed as follows:

1st place: Lomonosov Moscow State University;

2nd place: National Research University Higher School of Economics (Moscow);

3rd place: Kutafin Moscow State Law University.

The best speaker was Maria Eremenko, National Research University Higher School of Economics (Moscow).
