11th Moscow Pre-Moot Conference

The Conference on the eve of the XI Moscow Pre-Moot for the XXVI Willem C. Vis International Commercial Arbitration Competition was held on 13 March 2020.
Leading Russian and foreign specialists discussed asymmetrical arbitration agreements as well as the tactics and legal arguments of the parties for challenging an arbitrator and other participants in the arbitral proceedings.
The conference took place in the Library of the International and Comparative Legal Research Center.
