Public Talk | Moot Court: Hardships and Prospects

The Institute of Law at Bashkir State University hosted a public-talk by Elena Mazetova, Chair of the Moot Court Committee of the Young IMA, and Sabina Ganieva, Junior Case Counsel at the Russian Arbitration Center, on the topic: "Moot Court: Hardships and Prospects". At the event the students discussed what moot courts exist in Russia and abroad, and learnt about the advantages of taking part in such competitions and the skills they help to acquire. They shared their experience of taking part in the Rosenberg International Commercial Arbitration Moot.

We very much hope that as a result of the event, the moot court movement will not only become even more popular among students of the Institute of Law at Bashkir State University, but will also lay the foundation for the formation of a real student community charged with winning the most prestigious student competitions.
