Webinar | Legal Drafting

On 11 September, the first webinar in the series timed to coincide with the IV Mozolin Corporate Dispute Arbitration Competition took place - "Legal Drafting" .

The speakers shared basic advice on drafting procedural documents, talked about macro and micro organization of memoranda and addressed typical mistakes made by participants in Russian moot court competition.

The speakers were:

• Sergey Konovalov, Senior Associate of Saveliev, Batanov & Partners, Attorney-at-Law, Chair of Corporate Dispute Arbitration Committee of Young IMA;
• Stepan Sultanov, Senior Associate at KIAP Law Firm;
• Kirill Sakhin, Associate at Saveliev, Batanov & Partners, winner of the III RAA Arbitration Online Competition.

The talk was moderated by Ais Lidzhanova, Senior Associate at EPAM Law Offices and Chair of the Young IMA Moot Court Committee.
