I Essay Competition "A New Perspective on Dispute Resolution" | Winners and Runners-Up

In 2021, Young IMA held its first essay competition "A New Look at Dispute Resolution". The essays submitted were of high quality and in-depth.

The winner of the competition was Viktor Eremin ("Is There a Private Justice in Russia?").

The runner-up was Sergei Ivanov ("The Liability of a Non-Profit Organisation with a Permanent Arbitration Institution. Posing the Question").

The Competition Board also singled out papers by Vakhtang Kvartskhelia ("Issue conflict in international investment arbitration") and Aizhan Kurmanalieva ("Joinder in International Commercial Arbitration").
